Wellness Wednesdays

Wellness Wednesdays were an opportunity for U of T students to de-stress from heavy workloads and promote their social, emotional and spiritual well-being. Students were offered workshops, including: Cookies & Creative Writing, Learn Self-Massage, My Big Questions, Unpacking Burnout for Better Wellbeing, What’s My Wellness Recipe?, Yoga 101, in addition to intercultural engagement and community-building crafts and games. This year, more than 650 students came to Wellness Wednesday programming.

Objective: 2.4

Provide and promote culturally responsive programs, services, and resources that embody a culture of care, and supports students at all points along the mental health continuum (from mental well-being to urgent crisis).
