Learning How to Learn Series
Learning How to Learn is a workshop and accompanying video series that acts as a core foundation for essential learning-strategy development. It introduces students to evidence-based practices that, when implemented, can optimize their learning, meet new expectations and improve their approach to studying at U of T.
It focuses on three main themes:
- Understanding how to manage procrastination and build self-confidence.
- Exploring ways to build healthy habits and manage time and energy.
- Learning practical strategies to improve studying, reading and note-taking.
