Indigenous Career Connections: Employer initiatives to support meaningful connections and opportunities for Indigenous students across industries

Indigenous Career Connections: Student-Employer Initiatives was a series of events designed to create meaningful opportunities for connection between Indigenous students, recent graduates and employers.

These local partnerships and events created space for career exploration, learning and knowledge sharing, community building and the consideration of potential workplaces and employers of interest to students and alumni.

With care-filled, intentional and thoughtful fostering of partnerships through the lens of reciprocity, these opportunities were also in support of the employers who graciously provided their time, energy and support to University of Toronto students and recent grads.
