ANNUAL REPORT 2024-2025
Student Support, Well-Being & Access
Strengthening student learning and well-being through accessible and responsive programs, services and resources is one of Student Life’s strategic goals. See how we worked to advance this goal in 2024–2025.
Enhancing access and agency for all students
Through the transition to Folio, additional programming, presentations and collaborations to support neurodiverse students and the UT3 Directory launch, Student Life improved the navigation of programs, services, and resources so that diverse students had the tools and agency to find what they needed, when they needed it.
Accessibility for all
The new ASD support coordinator worked with accessibility advisors to support neurodiverse students, increasing workshop attendance.
50%
increase in ASD-related workshop attendance from 2023 to 2024.
150 %
increase in attendance for ASD Peer Connections for Women & Trans Students from 2024 to 2025

Increasing engagement through Navi’s campus-wide expansion
In the 2024-2025 academic year, Navi improved students’ navigation of U of T programs and services by expanding the chatbot’s reach to the UTSC and UTM campuses. The program’s usage reflected overall student enrollment distribution and saw a spike of usage in June of 2025, due to increased promotion to international students.

Strengthening spiritual support across the U of T community
Faith Leaders from a variety of different backgrounds also served as resources to the U of T community, providing improved spiritual care for students.
Responsive career supports
These career offerings were developed in order to meet the unique and evolving career needs and experiences of distinct student communities, specifically graduate students, queer and trans students, and Indigenous students.
