Learning Well Program
Originally conceived as the Academic Resilience Initiative, this cohort-based set of offerings provides more contextually specific learning support to students at various stages of their post-secondary journey.
These four-week programs help facilitate deeper, more sustained learning as well as opportunities to build community through conversation and connection with peers.
- Learning Well for Grads focuses on building academic resourcefulness for research stream graduate students
- Learning Well in First Year focuses on adjustment to university learning
- Learning Well in Second Year focuses on re-setting and reflection

Support students and recent graduates in developing skills that build on their values and strengths, so that they can reach their present and future personal, academic, and career goals.
